The Client

Kismet is a long-established, family-run gift shop and tearoom in Blackwood and an official Jellycat stockist, with a Shopify store selling jewellery, soft toys, gifts and homeware.

What They Needed

An online shop that keeps up with a busy physical shop: hundreds of products from well-known brands, regular collection launches, launch events with limited stock, and customers searching for specific brands by name.

What I Did

SEO across the Jellycat collection pages, with a consistent title format built around brand searches.
A live stock display screen for in-store launch events, using a custom Shopify Liquid template that refreshes automatically.
Product imports from supplier files, including Jellycat and Katie Loxton ranges.
A Games Workshop and Black Library section with product data, original descriptions, a collection page and a launch email.
Email campaigns, social media content and Google Business Profile posts.
