The Client
Philip Jones Timber Products is a family-run timber merchant in South Wales, supplying builders, shopfitters and the general public since 2003.
What They Needed
Philip Jones sells a huge, mixed range online, from fence panels and decking to firewood and workwear, to both trade and public customers. The store had to make that range easy to browse on a phone and make delivery and collection options obvious.
What I Did
- A custom Shopify theme built for them, developed and updated over several versions.
- A full mega menu and Shop by Project sections, so customers can find everything for a job in one place.
- Click and collect messaging with a live opening hours notice, so customers know when they can pick up.
- Trustpilot reviews shown across the store to build trust with new customers.
